Research Focus: My research work is an attempt to study women’s involvement in anti-caste social movements in 20th century Central India. Situating Dalit women in the broader ambit of studying women’s history in India using intersectional feminism in the academically underexplored region of central India would highlight their experience and responses to such social movements.
