Requisition Process:

1.)Login as student.
 
2.)Click on Hostel Request option from the side menu.
 
3.)Click on Gate Pass Request option.It will open Gate Pass Requisition Form.
 
4.)Fill at least mandatory details in the form.Mandatory fields can be recognised with the help of associated label  colour. The mandatory field's associated label text will be in red colour.After filling the form click on save button.
 
By these steps,Gate Pass request is made by the student.
 
 

How can a student see the status of his/her requests?

a.)Login as student.
 
b.)Student can get the status of his/her request from notification.
                  OR
Click on Hostel Request, then click on Gate Pass Request option.Click on Search button.
