FAQs - Online Payment through ERP


1.  I tried paying the fee through ERP portal, but the amount to be paid is not correct.

You need to contact Dean Academics Office for your Academic Fee  and Dean Students Office for your Mess Fee.


2.  I have made the payment.  I received a message from my bank that the amount has been debited from my bank account. In ERP, it shows that the transaction has failed. Should I have to do the transaction again?

This may happen due to slow net connection, unusual browser close, slow/disrupted connection with Bank Server, etc..

If the amount has been debited from your bank account, please wait for atleast 45 minutes.  If the transaction has failed, the amount would be credited back to your Bank account.  If you find that the amount is not credited and still the transaction status in ERP is "Incomplete", contact or mail to accounts section with your Reg.No, Full Name, Transaction ID, PayU ID and request for transaction status updation in ERP.


3.  I paid my fee twice.  The amount has been debited from my Bank account twice.

You may claim for Refund from the Accounts Section.  Write an application and submit with all required proofs to Account Section.


4.  I have not paid my fee within the last date.  Now I am not able to see "Pay" option in my ERP account.

The online payment link will be opened for a particular duration as specified by Dean Academics Office.  You will not be able to pay your fee after the last date.  Contact Dean Academics Office for more queries.


5.  I have contacted the accounts section and I came to know that my transaction has failed.  The amount was debited from my account but it was not credited to the Institute account.  Should I have to pay again?

You need to contact your Bank for the same.  You can file a "Chargeback" in your bank.  If filed, you would get a refund to your account from the Bank.  Until you get a refund or receive a positive response from the Bank, it is advised not to pay your fee again.


6. I forgot my ERP password and I am unable to pay my fees.

Write an email to your ERP team from your webmail account and request for password reset.


7.  I paid my Academic fee Online. I need my fee receipt.

After Login to your account, click "My fee details".  Scroll down and you can find the payment history and all your online transaction details.  You would be able to take a print copy of your receipt, once your transaction has been verified by the Accounts Section.  Click the print icon against the corresponding date you have made the transaction and save/print the receipt for your reference.


8.  I paid my Mess fee Online. I need my Hostel Fee receipt.

After Login to your account, click "Mess fee Online payment".  Scroll down and you can find the payment history.  You would be able to take a print copy of your receipt, once your transaction has been verified by the Dean Students/Hostel Office.  Click the print icon against the corresponding date you have made the transaction and save/print the receipt for your reference.


9.  The receipt generated in ERP need some corrections.

Mail to your ERP team mentioning the exact issue.


10. I can see the "Pay Now" button but there is no amount shown and some codes are displayed instead.

Clear you browser's cache/cookies and try from a fresh browser window.


11.  I paid my fee online and the transaction status in my account says "Transaction Successful" but still the fee amount is displayed with "Pay Now" button.

You can see your fee amount until your transaction is verified by the accounts sections and your transaction status updated as "Transaction Verified".


12.  I paid my fee online and I received a mail from erpsupport that my transaction is successful.  I need to get my fee receipt immediately.

You would be able to take a print copy of your fee receipt from your ERP account, ONLY WHEN YOUR TRANSACTION HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY ACCOUNTS SECTION.  Usually Hostel/Mess Fee is verified by Hostel Office/Dean Students Office in 1 or 2 days after your successful transaction. Academic Fee verification is done by Accounts Section, Administrative Block. It may take more than a week.  If you require your Academic fee receipt on urgent basis, you may please contact Accounts Section.
