Valid visa is required to enter India for all nationalities. Visa can be obtained from the nearest Indian Consulate/Embassy to you. 

One can avail the e-visa option for attending the conference as well.

We can prepare a letter of invitation that may be used for VISA application.

For conference visa, we will provide you invitation letter, MHA NOC and MEA political clearance.
1) For invitation letter, please fill the

In case of issue with the google form, please fill the

Indico form (this form has extra information for the MEA political clearance)

2) For Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for political clearance, we have applied to the Minsitry and once we get, we will share the clearance certificate. Till then please hold your conference visa application. But be sure that you have all other documents ready from us. MEA clearance require your personnel data to be shared with the MEA ministry For this, we need your data and request you to fill the form ight need the data which we request you to fill

Indico form (if filled this form, then don't need to fill it again).
We have already submitted data of the people we collected. We plan to submit again more data by end of this month, if we get more entries.

3) For Ministry fo Home Affairss (MHA), we don't need the clearance.

It came to our notice that some Indian Missions/Posts are insisting on submission of document for prior clerance of Minisity of Home Affairs (MHA). There is a clear MHA guideline Ref. No. 25022/8/2018-F.CC dated 6-Feb-2018 which state that this is not required in our case as there is no PRC (Prior Reference Category) countries member in our workshop. Please show them the link and attach the direction by the MHA.
