Booking of guest rooms in hostel are subject to availability. They are not available during the admission days. To book one, you can contact Hostel 8 caretaker Manoj Kumar.
You can contact Hostel 7 caretaker Mr. Satinder and register your complaint there. For any cleaning related complaints please contact Mr. Gurpreet (Caretaker of Hostel 5)
You can contact Mr. Santosh (Hostel 6 caretaker) as he is the night caretaker.
There's a nurse available in Hostel 5 you can aproach her, and if any emergency, then the ambulances are always there. You can find the contact number in the list on the contact us page.
Firstly, please take care of the belongings. In case if you want to get access to the CCTV footage, send an email to us, we will forward it to security and registrar for their permission. Only after the permission can you access that.
IISER Mohali have a very strict policy against ragging and sexual harrassment. In case you have faced ragging you can contact the dean students office. If you have faced any kind of sexual harrasment you can contact ICC (Internal Complaints Committee)
In patient treatment is covered to a maximum insured sum of INR 1 lakh (subject to conditions).
Firstly, please register your complaint in Mr. Satinder's office. If your issue is not resolved by 1 - 1.5 week contact the Hostel Representative.
