Walk in interview for Project Assistant (PA) in a research project funded by DST

IISER-Mohali desires to engage PROJECT ASSISTANT on purely temporary basis on contract under the DST-INSPIRE research grant at IISER-Mohali.

Name of Position: Project Assistant (PA)

Essential Qualification: M. Sc/M.S. in Physics with first Division. ROOT, RooFit,

C++, python and Belle Analysis Software Framework (BASF) knowledge is must for this position. Interest in Experimental High Energy Physics. Must have done some work in B physics. "In case the above conditions are not satisfied by any candidate, the position will not be filled ! "

Emoluments: Rs. 14000 - 31000 per month (all inclusive)

Duration: 2 months (extendible by 1 more month depending upon work, no extension beyond that is possible).

Work: Help in processing Belle data and MC sample for B to charmonium decays/charm decays.
