IISER-Mohali (Department of Biological Sciences) desires to engage on purely temporary basis on contract under the DBT project entitled “Understanding the role of hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy gene TECPR2 in cargo sorting and transport from early endosomes"

Name of Position: Project associate-I
Duration: Initially for 1 year and extendable for duration of the project
Essential and Desirable Qualification: Applicants should hold an M.Sc/B.Tech degree in either Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, and Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks. Prior experience of at least 6 months in molecular biology techniques including gene cloning, recombinant protein production, and SDS-PAGE is necessary. Prior experience in immunofluorescence techniques will be given preference.
Emoluments: Emoluments as per norms and as sanctioned in the project.
Walk-in-interview: Interested candidates are requested to attend the walk-in interview scheduled on August 19th 2025.
