Walk-in interview for a Research Associate-I position in a DST-funded project
Project title - Validation and techno-economic assessment of green energy powered CO2 to high-value chemical synthesis by integrated biobased and electrolyser technologies

Name and Number of Positions: Research Associate-I; 01
Duration: Initially for 1 year with possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Notice period for termination is 1 month.
Essential Qualifications: PhD degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or Biosciences and Bioengineering or candiates having 3 years of research & teaching experience with a good academic track record with more than 60% marks/CGPA >6 throughout academic training/degrees, and at least one research paper in SCI journal.
Desired qualification: Prior experience in bioreactor designing and process optimization, anaerobic microbiology, LCA and TEA, and analytical techniques – electrochemical, HPLC, GC, etc., is advantageous.
Salary (per month): INR 58,000 plus HRA as per DST project norms
Walk-in-interview: Interested candidates are requested to attend the walk-in interview scheduled on 14th August 2025.
Location: Room No. 5A, Academic Block 2, IISER Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab
Reporting time: 10 am
