Walk-in interview for a Project Assistant position in a BIRAC-funded research project
Project title - Validation of the microbial electro-acetogenesis technology for biogas upgradation

Number of Positions: 01
Duration: The appointment will be for about five months starting from the date of joining.
Essential Qualifications: Graduation in the Biotechnology or Microbiology discipline with a good academic track record. Candidates with a graduation degree in Bioengineering/Chemical Engineering OR a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology shall also be considered. Prior research experience/hands-on training in handling/cultivation of microbial cultures and bioreactors is desired.
Salary: INR 20,000 per month.
Walk-in-interview: Interested candidates are requested to attend the walk-in interview scheduled on 7th July 2025.
Location: Room No. 5A, Academic Block 2, IISER Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab
Reporting time: 10 am
