Interview for the post of a Postdoctoral fellow under the CPSDE (MHRD CoE-FAST) funded by Department of Science and Technology, India
Title: Protein-protein interactions: Single molecule and in-sillico dynamics studies
This project aims to understand the feedback mechanism of cell-adhesion junction mediated by non-classical cadherins in response to detaching or tensile force. Using barrage of biophysical techniques and in-sillico analysis, we plan to explore the molecular identities responsible for the maintenance of cell-adhesion junction.
We are an interdisciplinary research group who use single molecule techniques to understand biology quantitatively. To know more about our research interests, please visit our web-page.
