Title: Study of ubiquitin-related proteins in regulation of pre-mRNA splicing
Outline of the project: The project aims to understand role of ubiquitin-related modifiers in regulation of RNA splicing. The project will require experimental approaches in Molecular Cell Biology and Biochemistry in fission yeast and/or mammalian cell lines.

Essential Qualifications: A PhD degree in any branch of Life Sciences with experience in research areas desired for the project. Applicants with work experience in yeast and/or mammalian cell biology and biochemistry will be preferred. Applicants having submitted PhD thesis in related research areas could apply for the post (if selected, such candidates will be considered a SRF until the award of the degree).
