Essential Qualification:
- First Class Post Graduate Degree in any branch of Life Sciences, including the integrated PG degrees, with three years of experience or PhD in Life Sciences
OR
- Second Class Post Graduate Degree in any branch of Life Sciences, including the integrated PG degrees, with PhD in any branch of Life Sciences and three years of experience
Desirable / Job description:
The candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in virology, mammalian cell culture, advanced microscopy and molecular biology. The candidates having experience in handling live viruses in BSL-2/3 facility and operating high-throughput screening platform will be preferred.

- Appointment is purely temporary basis and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation on termination of the research project.
- Leaving of position will be done after one month of accepting resignation letter from candidate or on mutual understanding basis. The appointed person shall have no claim of appointment/absorption in the Funding Agency.
- Appointment of the applicant will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Funding Agency, and liable to changes as directed by the Government/Funding Agency particularly applicable to the said project.
- The educational qualification mentioned above should have been obtained from recognized Universities/Institutions only.
- The educational qualification and work experience are the bare minimum, and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
