Title: Study of Vibrio cholerae porin OmpU towards elucidating its role in host immunomodulation

This project is aimed towards understanding the host-pathogen interactions on the immunological aspect. We intend to apply diverse methods of immunology, biochemistry, and cell biology to explore the host-immunomodulation by V. cholerae OmpU.

Positions: 1

Duration: 6 months.

Emoluments: As per DST rule.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc.in any branch of Life Sciences with excellent academic record, and having passed the NET (CSIR/UGC/LS) or GATE exams with minimum 2 years of research experience in Immunology/Molecular Biology. (Payment of emoluments will be made in accordance with DST O.M. no.A.20020/11/97-IFD dtd.31.03.2010).
