Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for One Post-doctoral fellows to work in Femtosecond Laser Lab at IISER Mohali.

Job description: The selected candidates will participate in ongoing research in attosecond physics. The candidates with demonstrated experience with femtosecond lasers, attosecond physics or ultrafast optics will be preferred.

Essential duties of the candidates consists of assisting PhD students, maintenance of femtosecond/attosecond laser, writing of publications and preparing the project reports.  

Number of Positions: 1

Duration: Six months (or till the project ends, which one is earlier)

 
Essential qualifications: Candidates must have a PhD in Physics. Postdoctoral work experience in ultrafast optics, femtosecond/attosecond dynamics of matter is desired.

Emoluments: Payments of emoluments will be made as per GoI (SERB) norms.
