Application for the position of Research Fellow (RF) in Project

 

Project titled: Deployable 3D Photoacoustic CT System Development for Early Stage Breast Cancer Detection and Therapeutics Monitoring

 

Position: Research Fellow (RF)-2

 

Essential qualifications/experience:  M.Sc. (Physics) / M. Tech. /Ph.D. or equivalent degree in any branch of Engineering and Basic Science (Physics), interdisciplinary with minimum 70% marks. Candidates should have qualified any of the national eligibility tests like CSIR/UGC/DBT-NET or GATE but not mandatory.
 
Desired qualifications: Motivated and self-driven records, Prior work experience/hands-on training in Instrumentation, coding in Matlab, Python, Labview, motor control, Design, and or experienced with Optics, Ultrasound, Photoacoustic.  The inverse problem, large Data analysis\ processing willing to work with Hospital +doctors+ Research Lab.

 

Duration: 5 months (extendable up to 3 years after progress review and as per the availability of funds)

 

Salary: As per project ICMR-ICRC norms and conditions
