It involves identifying the actors and institutions involved with their roles  in welfare delivery. I look at the political economy of the state and analyse  its social policies, making a contrast with the lived experiences of the people.  The role of the non-state actors including religious institutions, civil  societies and NGOs in providing welfare is also an integral part of my study.
