Synthetic Organic Chemistry
The main focus of Prof. Anand’s research group is inclined towards exploring the synthetic transformations of para-quinone methides (p-QMs) to access a wide range of biologically important carbocycles and heterocycles. His group is also involved in the synthesis and organocatalytic applications of cyclopropenium salt-based small organic molecules.
